LegalBridge as a Data Controller
LegalBridge sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “LegalBridge”) is the data controller for the personal data of clients, client contacts, and individuals whose data is provided by clients when necessary for the execution of services. To the extent that the company processes such personal data to provide legal assistance, it becomes the data controller by operation of law.
LegalBridge also processes personal data of individuals who participate in our events, apply for jobs, work for us, or provide services to us.
 
Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
• Provision of legal services,
• Informing about events we organize or participate in, as well as sending legal alerts,
• Recruitment and employment,
• Marketing within the limits permitted by professional self-regulatory bodies,
• Compliance with legal obligations.
LegalBridge does not make decisions about individuals based on automated processing, including profiling.
 
Scope of Processed Personal Data
We process the following categories of personal data:

• Phone number,
• Email address.

Individuals whose data is processed have the following rights:
• The right to information, fulfilled in part by this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy,
• The right to access their data,
• The right to rectify their data,
• The right to delete their data,
• The right to restrict data processing,
• The right to object to processing, including in situations where they do not wish to receive marketing information from our firm.
 
For matters related to the exercise of these rights, you can contact us by sending an email to contact@legalbridge.com.pl. Additionally, individuals whose data we process have the right to lodge a complaint regarding data processing with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
 
Restrictions on Data Sharing
LegalBridge does not transfer, sell, or lease collected personal data to other persons or institutions unless explicitly consented to or requested by the user, required by the assigned case, or requested by authorized state authorities as part of their legal proceedings.
 
We also do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless required for a specific case. In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of data protection by applying one of the legal bases listed in Chapter V of the GDPR.
 
Data Retention Periods
LegalBridge retains data for the period necessary to fulfill the legal assignment or as required by applicable laws.
For matters not regulated above, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, relevant Polish legal acts, and European Union law, particularly the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), shall apply.

Services and Payments
The fees for services provided to clients are determined on an individual basis.
Services are provided based on an agreement concluded with the client. The client may terminate the agreement at any time in writing, under penalty of nullity. In litigation matters, the client may terminate the agreement only for valid reasons specified in the written termination notice.
Clients may choose from the following payment methods for services provided:
• Individuals: Bank transfer, payment by card using a payment terminal, or cash,
• Other clients: Bank transfer.
